In this post we are going to be looking at free online GCSE courses that you can use for your key subjects. Online courses are useful for students of any age who are revising for their exams. Depending on your specific exam board, there are an array of specifications available. They cover all major exam boards including Edexcel, OCR and AQA, but there are also specifications for iGCSEs. When you begin the course it will start with revision notes and videos to go through the course content and teach you the best methods. Once you are happy with the content you can try to apply it to practise questions to test your knowledge. The course then moves on to exam style questions which are a great way to recall what you’ve learnt and use it for different questions styles before finally using full mock exam papers. You should only use these once you are confident with the content and questions, but they are really useful in measuring how much you’ve learnt whilst further solidifying your knowledge. The online GCSE course marks itself as you work through them and provides you with extra guidance, usually in video form.
