Who does this Mathematics Equivalency Exam course suit?
You should have sound core Key Stage 3 Maths skills. These maths skills include the areas of expression and formulae, equations, inequalities, pattern and sequences, perimeter, area and volume, place value, prime numbers, factors and multiples, powers and roots, fractions, decimals, percentages, rounding and estimating, ratio and proportion, positive and negative numbers, averages and probability .

In addition you should have the recommended revision books and can devote quality study time at home every day or every other day in preparation prior and throughout the period of this course. You may not have done a Maths GCSE or similar for some time and you require a well-structured, well taught, comprehensive course to coach you through the entire equivalency in a relatively short period.
What is this Mathematics Equivalency Exam course ?
It consists of 3 x 2 hrs face to face contact sessions run over 3 consecutive weeks systematically working through well-structured revision material to best prepare you for the GCSE Maths equivalency exam. At the same time related support work is completed at home, including a GCSE Maths Equivalency mock (practice) exam which is marked and used as diagnostic tool to further target your studies. In addition, an optional place is reserved (paid separately) in the next scheduled exam held in the following week.
