Who does this English Equivalency Exam course suit?
You should have sound core Key Stage 3 English language skills. Apart from spelling, punctuation and grammar the reading and writing skills include sentences, paragraphs, structure, summarising material, analysing persuasive texts, writing to inform and explain, to describe, to persuade argue and describe, to review, comment and analyse.

In addition you should have the recommended revision book (available second online on left side of page here) and can devote quality study time at home every day or every other day in preparation prior and throughout the period of this course. You may not have done an English GCSE or similar for some time and you require a well-structured, well taught, comprehensive course to coach you through the entire equivalency in a relatively short period.
What is this English Equivalency Exam course ?
It consists of 3 x 2 hrs face to face contact sessions run over 3 consecutive weeks systematically working through well-structured revision material to best prepare you for the GCSE English equivalency exam. At the same time related support work is to be completed at home, including a mock GCSE English equivalency exam which is marked and used as diagnostic tool to further target your studies. In addition, an optional place is reserved (paid separately) in the next scheduled exam held in the following week.

When and Where is this English Equivalency Exam course delivered?
The English equivalency revision sessions run over 3 consecutive weeks between 6.00 and 8.00 pm each evening. Your classes will be held on the same day at the same time each week at Suite 210, The Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London, N1 0QH. (please check venue location and arrive 10 mins prior for a prompt start)
